VIP Tires & Service

We blew a tire on our way home from New Hampshire, I got the donut on and called around and spoke with Damien at vip he was able to get us into some good tires at a reasonable price right before closing! It’s always tough late on a Sunday but they made it happen. Bonus point to Damien for tracking down the control arm another location could not. We will be getting that installed later this week.

Great and quick service. I was in town for only two days and had an unrepairable tear to my front tire. Damion was extremely helpful and got me in without an appointment. Ended up replacing all my wheels because they needed to be changed anyway. I dropped it in on Saturday and picked it up on Monday. Only place that was open Sundays. Highly recommend, very thoughtful people.

Great staff, quality service and efficiency. Was kept informed during the whole process. Service tech found a problem that I was unaware of. Was informed and shown the issue at hand, was repaired in a timely manner at a fair and reasonable price. Would recommend VIP tire and auto service for all your repair and maintenance needs.

I had an inspection for my Mazda at a local dealership. Of course, they recommended a number of services that needed to be performed asap. Called John at VIP for a quote. Not only did they offer the services recommended at a fraction of the dealer cost, but, after looking at my car, they notified me that there were certain repairs that had been recommended by the dealership that did not need repair. It is so refreshing to find honest technicians! The work was completed on time, they even threw in some free services that I wasn’t aware I was entitled to when I purchased my tires from them a year ago, including free tire rotation! I asked for them to check to see if I needed an alignment and they said I didn’t. I wouldn’t have known the difference if they said that it needed an alignment! I’m so impressed with their integrity and would highly recommend vehicles services at VIP in South Portland.

I had my car towed to VIP Tire in South Portland and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Glenn, the manager, was exceptional—prompt, patient, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very receptive to my calls, clearly explained the issues, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. The whole team went out of their way to make this a positive experience. I truly can’t say enough good things about this location. Highly recommend.
